Nando's Cramlington
If you ever find yourself wandering through Manor Walks Shopping Centre in Northumberland and craving something fiery, flavour-packed, and satisfying, Nando’s Cramlington is your go-to. Tucked on Forum Way, this vibrant peri-peri hotspot delivers more than just flame-grilled chicken - it’s a local favourite that balances great food, accessibility, and relaxed vibes all in one.
From the moment you step in, it’s clear that Nando’s Cramlington knows how to welcome everyone. With wheelchair-accessible parking, entrances, toilets, and seating, the space is thoughtfully designed for comfort. Whether you're stopping by for a solo dinner after work or meeting friends for a quick lunch, the layout feels effortless. If you fancy a breath of fresh air, the outdoor seating is perfect for people-watching over a platter of wings and chips.
Now let’s talk about the real star: the food. The menu here is everything you'd expect from Nando’s and then some. Signature peri-peri flavours come alive in dishes like the Chicken Sandwich, Sunset Burger, and Chicken Wings, but it doesn’t stop there. For those who like to keep it light, the Salads and healthy options still pack that signature kick without weighing you down. And if you're rolling in with serious hunger? Go for the Whole Chicken - it’s juicy, tender, and comes with sides like Garlic Bread, French Fries, or even Fish and Chips if you want to mix things up.
Let’s not forget the sweet finish. One of the things that sets this location apart is its great dessert selection - and trust me, the Pastel De Nata is not to be skipped. It's flaky, creamy, and just the right amount of indulgent. Need a pick-me-up after your meal? There’s coffee, wine, beer, and even free water refills if you’re keeping things simple.
What’s also great about Nando’s Cramlington is how flexible it is with service options. Whether you want to dine in, grab a quick bite, order takeaway, or have it delivered straight to your door, it’s all easy. Plus, they’re open late-night - so if the craving hits after hours, you’re covered.
The vibe here feels chill and unpretentious. It's popular for both lunch and dinner, and it’s got that relaxed energy that makes it ideal for everything from solo visits to catch-ups with mates. The staff tend to be friendly and efficient, which adds to the smooth flow of the place.
Another win? The inclusive menu. Vegetarians and vegans aren’t left behind, with dedicated dishes that go beyond basic salads. Whether it’s vegan platters, small plates for sharing, or just wanting something filling without the meat, you’ll find something worth digging into.
While the Cramlington food scene might be expanding, Nando’s manages to hold its own with a combo of consistency, spice, and community appeal. With competitors like Frankie & Benny’s or Pizza Express nearby, Nando’s still draws the loyal crowd - especially those who love the control of choosing their spice level (hello, Extra Hot!) or experimenting with different sauces.
In short, if you’re after a meal that’s packed with flavour, served with a side of flexibility, and backed by a brand that knows how to do chicken right, Nando’s Cramlington is worth the visit. Whether it’s a casual lunch, a dinner out, or just a craving for peri-peri goodness, this spot has you sorted - no frills, just fiery thrills.

The restaurant lives up to the Nando's name. I can't complain about the food, it was good. Service time average and staff are friendly. The restaurant has a modern stylish look. Could be cleaner :( The dining area hand wash soap is empty and the sink is dirty. There is an extra soap and that is also empty. I wonder how often they are checking it. All together it's a good place.
Seated easily on the weekend. Ordered through the website and the drinks arrived instantly. Service really good. Usual Nando’s standard. We tried the warm chocolate pud for the first time and it was divine!
Excellent experience, staff are polite, courteous and engage with the customer. To me, the food seemed priced a bit strong, then again I remember 10 pence chrisp's. Will be back again.
Easy to order via the website (I don't have the app but it's also an option) and service was quick. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Pretty quiet on my visit. Fairly limited beer selection available but you don't go to Nandos for the beer. The beer geek in me would like a slightly better craft offering...
Went with my grandson who loves this place but it turns out that it's like marmite you either love it or hate it! I found the restaurant dull and lacking in atmosphere. It's hard to score the service as ordering and paying is via an app and you have to get your own cutlery , sauces and drinks all the staff do is cook it and bring it your the table! The sauces were great and the starters were OK but the chicken and chips with spicy rice main course wasn't startling and at £14:95 it was quite pricey.
